Our current letting and management charges. Each service, charging period and total fee is agreed in writing before we are appointed.

Letting & management

Percentage fees are calculated on the rent payable for the period covered by the agency agreement. That agreement must state the charging period, when payment is due, termination rights and any expressly agreed continuation commission. An assured periodic tenancy has no fixed end date or automatic renewal event.
